What working together looks like
We can explore the impact of trauma, anxiety, grief, identity, self doubt, and big transitions. Therapy with me is a real conversation. I ask questions, offer perspective, and help you understand what is underneath the surface.
Individual therapy for real life
You do not need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, feeling responsible for everyone else, or struggling to trust your own decisions. Maybe grief or a major change has left you feeling unlike yourself.
We can explore anxiety, trauma, self doubt, attachment patterns, identity, boundaries, grief, and transitions at a pace that works for you. My approach is collaborative and direct. I will ask questions, offer feedback, and help you put what we notice into practice.
I offer virtual sessions for eligible clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont, Florida, and Utah.
What brings people to individual therapy?
Sometimes it is anxiety that will not quiet down, a painful experience that still affects you, or a major change that leaves you questioning what comes next. Other times it is feeling stuck in old patterns, struggling with self trust, or wanting to understand yourself better. We can start wherever you are.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. Many people arrive with a feeling that something is not quite right. We can take time to understand what is happening and decide together where to focus.
